The FLIP ME LIMITED, and/or its affiliates and entities (collectively “FLIP ME”, “we” or “us”) values your security and privacy. It is the policy of the FLIP ME to respect the privacy of our FLIP ME website services and users. This Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy was last updated on March 10, 2023. In accordance with law and as applicable our Terms of Use and Terms of Service, FLIP ME collects information about you when you use or access our websites and other web-based products, information or services (collectively, the “Website Services”) as well as through other interactions and communications you have with us, all in compliance with the requirements of anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing (AML/CTF) rules and GDPR (Know Your Customer rules). This online Privacy and Cookie Policy (the "Policy") sets out the basis on which any information, including any personal data, we collect from you, or you provide to us, will be processed by FLIP ME. Each time you access or use our Services or provide us with information, by doing so you are accepting and, where possible, consenting to the practices described in this Policy.

This Policy applies to persons (“Users”) anywhere in the world who access or use FLIP ME's Services through Website or App (hereinafter: Website Services). By accepting this Privacy Policy or by accessing or using FLIP ME Website Services you:

  • (b) acknowledge that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy;
  • (c) consent to the processing of your personal data by FLIP ME in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, do not accept it and do not access or use the FLIP ME Website Services. The Services are not targeted, intended or expected to be of use to children under 18 years old. Apart from providing information for specific services or purposes, as directed by FLIP ME processes, User-provided contributions of content or contact information regarding or about children are expressly prohibited. This Policy does not apply to websites, applications or services that are not linked to this Policy or to those operated by third parties. FLIP ME is not responsible for and shall have no liability whatsoever in connection with such third party’s processing of your information. 2. Collection of Information

Information you give us

This is information you give us about you by providing information or filling in forms on any FLIP ME-owned Website Services, or by corresponding with us (for example, by telephone, e-mail or any other digital or electronic form). It includes for example information you provide when you register using the FLIP ME-provided back office and when you report a problem with the App, or any of our Website Services. If you contact us, FLIP ME will keep at least an electronic record of such correspondence, including personal information shared at that time. The personal information you give us (and/or indirectly our contractors) may include your name, address, e-mail address and phone k,sgk,gnumber, certain device information, username, password, residential building, work address, photograph, vat ID, personal documents ID and other registration and/or KYC and AML information you choose to provide (“Personal Information” or “Personal Data”).
The Website Services collect and process Personal Data for specific, lawful purposes only, or for the performance of tasks carried out in the interests of the FLIP ME.

Information we collect about you and your device

Each time you use our Website Services there is a possibility that we will automatically collect the following information:
  • technical information, including the type of mobile device you use, a unique device identifier for example, mobile network information, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile browser you use, device token, device type, time zone setting (“Device Information”);

Our service and products can be promoted via referral link in case a business entity or a person decides to be an affiliate, ambassador or partner (hereinafter: remarketer). If you visit our website for the purpose of promoting our partners Products and services, we process, in connection with such use of the website, the following information:
  • your name, surname, address, telephone and email;
  • communications you have sent (e.g. via email or communication forms on the website);
  • whenever you make transactions through our website, further data processing procedures can take place, of which you will of course be specifically informed.

Where this is the case, we will take appropriate security measures to protect your Personal Data in accordance with this Policy. Marketing and Opting Out

FLIP ME supports Users’ legal rights to opt-out of receiving communications from us and our partners. You have the option to ask us not to process your Personal Data for marketing purposes and to remove it from our database, to not receive future communications or to no longer receive our Website Services.
Finally, while we may remove your individual contact information from our professional contacts database, please be aware that if such information is in a different third party's marketing directory through your request or election, you will need to request removal with such third party directly.

Access to and Correction of Your Personal Information

You have the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with applicable laws. Any access request generally comes at no cost to you, but may, where permissible, be subject to a fee to meet any in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
